How do you process returns and exchanges?
Procedure for Exchanging Items
1. Items for exchange must be in marketable condition with no damages and alterations, and with
all garment tags still attached or still with original packaging.
2. Sealed items that have been unsealed by the customer, such as personal care products, perfumes etc., are not eligible for exchange. Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept return or exchange of underwear and swimwear Send us an e-mail within 14 days of delivery, and specify the reason for exchanging the item/s. For exchanges, identify the requested item, color and or size of replacement.
3. Expect to receive our response for the acceptance of the requested exchange within the next working day. Shipping costs of all accepted exchanges will be shouldered by univers.ph
4. After you receive our confirmation e-mail for your requested exchange, we will schedule the pick up of your item for exchange by our official designated courier.
5. If item requested for replacement is available, UNIVERS d’homme et femme will deliver the item to your delivery address upon an agreed delivery date.
6. You may opt to exchange your item in our physical store only if informed via where and what store it is available for exchange, and if it mets UNIVERS d’homme et femme Return & Exchange Policies & Procedures.
7. For exchange at our physical store, the store manager or cashier will check and inspect your item/s. If the item requested for replacement is not available, UNIVERS d’homme et femme will instead offer store credit with no expiration through your registered UNIVERS d’homme et femme Loyalty Account, valid for redemption online or in our physical stores.
Procedure for Returning Defective / Damaged Items
1. While we ensure that all our products go through a due quality check before shipping, damages may arise after items have been shipped. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, send us an e-mail at within 14 days from delivery date with supporting images that clearly show the defect.
2. Expect to receive our response within the next working day to schedule the pick up of your damaged item, which will still be subject to inspection at our head office.
3. Items returned described as damaged or defective will be tested and inspected. If found damaged or defective,univers.ph will replace the item and shoulder shipping costs.
4. If item/s returned are found not to be damaged or defective, item/s will be transported back to you, and you will be charged necessary shipping cost.
5. Please inspect carefully all fragile items such as perfume,homewares etc.upon acceptance of your delivery witnessed by our authorized courier representative.In case you found out defect or damage on your fragile item after inspection, you may refuse to accept the delivery and immediately send us an e-mail at in order to replace the said damage item.
What are the payment methods you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, online wallets (like Gcash and Maya), and card payments (credit/debit card). All payments made are accompanied by an e-receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I find my size?
Refer to the product description or the size guide which can be found on each product after it’s viewed.
What are your shipping methods?
Products will be shipped by univers.ph to the delivery address given by the Buyer when placing his/her order.
Deliveries are made by Gogo Express or another carrier of high repute.
Delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the delivery method selected and appear in the total amount to be paid. Delivery costs depend on the size of the order, the geographical location to which it is to be delivered, and the chosen delivery method.
How long does it take to receive the delivery of an order?
Expect 1 to 3 more days on top of standard procedures. It will also be different for provincial addresses.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs may vary from the product weight and declared delivery address. Bulk orders may be charged with extra shipping costs.
Is it possible to return an online purchase to your store?
Yes. However, you can only do so at any of our UNIVERS Stores. Our In-Store team will be happy to re-pack the item you want to return and send it to our Warehouse to be processed by our Returns Team.
Once our In-Store Team has accepted your return, you'll receive an email confirming that it's being processed. Please allow 3-4 days for your return to arrive back at our Warehouse, where our Returns Team will take up to 3 working days to process it.
Can I return or exchange a faulty item?

Can I edit/cancel my order?
Your cart can be modified up until the time of payment. Once the checkout tab is selected and the payment has been processed, it is no longer possible to edit or cancel your order.
